June 15, 2002. The Grass Roots Unity representatives set up an exhibit, selling green fringe flags and passing out literature in Chicago. The event - Jim Hightower's Rolling Thunder Tour.
	Patch Adams, who had a movie made about his humorist approach to healing starring Robin Williams. Patch was one of the featured speakers at Rolling Thunder.
The five representatives of Grass Roots Unity at Chicago Rolling Thunder political rally were: George Ripley, Tom Howell, Tony Guinivan, Ray Carrier and Chris Strohm.
